Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

Offer valid only when donating a new, unwrapped toy in its original packaging.
Second-hand, damaged, or unsuitable items (e.g., broken toys, used plushies, promotional freebies) will not qualify.

Redemption:

One complimentary drink (Castle Lite OR a glass of wine) per person, per day, regardless of the number of toys donated.
Complimentary drink may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash/other items.

Verification:

Staff reserve the right to assess the suitability of each toy before accepting it.
Toys must be appropriate for children (safe, age-appropriate, no hazardous items).

Timeframe:

Valid for donations received between 1 October – 5 December 2025 only.

Responsible Service:

Complimentary alcoholic drinks will only be served to guests 18 years or older.
Management reserves the right to refuse service where responsible consumption guidelines apply.

Fair Use:

Donations made in bulk by a single person on a single day will still only qualify for one complimentary drink.
This initiative is intended as a charitable drive. Any attempt to misuse or exploit the offer may result in refusal of participation.
